Assessment Terms and conditions
The assessment is designed to facilitate the assessment of dysphagia it should be used as a part of a holistic assessment procedure for each client.
The assessments are designed for use only by professionals who have undertaken post registration dysphagia training.
The assessment master sheets may be photo copied freely.
Under no circumstances can any other part of the assessment be copied without the author’s express written permission.
Assessments will be dispatched only upon receipt of the full payment.
Additional copies of the assessment are available at a cost of £40 per additional copy.
